NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended 31/03/2020 will be held at 11:30 AM on Sunday 20th September 2020, due to the prevailing Covid-19 pandemic condition this year AGM shall be on Video conferencing. Members willing to join the meeting can register themselves at secretary@bgsp.in with providing your membership no and phone number, link to join meeting shall be provided 3 days prior to AGM.
AGENDA
1. To Approve minutes of last annual general meeting held on 25/09/2019
2. To adopt and approve audited accounts and Annual Reports for the financial Year ended 31.03.2020
3. To appoint auditors and fix their remuneration.
4. Any other matter with the permission of the chair.
